Lavender Yoga

This summer has been an odd one with the weather blowing hot & cold, hasn’t it? When the sun has shone, oh my goodness have we maximised to beautiful surroundings at Mayfield Lavender Farm to soak in the sunrise or sunset as we flow among the lavender.

Mayfield Lavender in Banstead uses zero pesticides, it’s also harvested by hand. There is great energy in this farm and I am beyond grateful to have been given the space and freedom to hold yoga classes here.

The reviews are coming in and they are all 5 star!! (Thank you so much!) Many have come form London, escaping the busy city life & taken to the fresh air, gorgeous location and enjoyed relaxing yoga sequences with me.
