Experienced and confident in teaching people spanning all ages & abilities through vinyasa classes to restorative & yin, Amanda makes sure to see each individual in their practice to provide safe, clear & valuable guidance so they can move freely in their own unique way & develop their own sense of automny within their practice.
Her ideal morning would be practicing yoga outside with a bunch of friends after a sea swim, followed by cuddles with her golden retriever & a delicious brunch with plenty of giggle & silliness - life's too short to not eat dessert first!
