Do you stretch before a run?

It’s super important to warm up before a run to prep your muscles for the switch up and to help prevent injury, so if you’ve being a naughty little runner bean, go and give it a read. I’ve teamed up with the sport enthusiasts over at Let’s Do This - an online booking site for sporting events (& my fiancé founded this company years ago so it’s also just super cool to be a part of it! (…Yes, I did just mentioned ‘fiancé’!! Sandy proposed!!!! Yayyy!)
