Day 8 - Monday FUNDAY after nocturnal hypo!
Rolling into Monday with the intention of having a more work focused week. Set a schedule on Excel with colour schemes and time plans for the whole week and have I stuck to it? No. Did I intend on sticking to it? No. Why did I do it? Because it’s good to have a list down! I may not be sticking vigilantly to the time frames that I have set myself but it’s helpful to streamline what things I need to address this week. The question is, will I achieve them?
I did have a hypo in the night so my sleep was disturbed but I woke up in range at 5.5mmol and have had a good day on my laptop, pulling my hair out because it’s super flipping slow and the software is outdated, so it’s restricting which movie editor use. I’m desperate to edit videos!
Determined to make use of this time to brush up on knowledge I’ve been craving around the fields of nutrition, chakra and energy fields, essential oil benefits, reiki and massage; also looking into other bits and bobs relating to diabetes and gaining a better scientific comprehension around that would be great. Oh look at that - my excel spreadsheet in writing right there.
Have had a great time receiving baby pics from one of my best friends over in Norway, can’t wait to go and visit them both when the world is up and running again.
