Day 15 - The past five days.

Ello ello! How is everyone ticking over?

The past five days have been steadily passing and I’ve been enjoying them as much as possible with personal projects, yoga sessions out on the garden, daily walks or bike rides. I successfully completed my first solo bike ride the other evening waaaahhhooooo!!! It felt AMAZING! Super awesome to face the hills solo, the push myself when I was getting tired and the build confidence being out on the roads. I did 18.7km and averaged 25km/h

I’ve also been enjoying many delicious packets of mushrooms. Trust me here. A company called ‘Other foods UK’ are the genius beings behind my new favourite snack of all time. I’m currently munching on their Shiitake range (I bought 12 packs and rapidly getting through them). Apparently they’re good for the gut, 1 of your 5 a day, GMO free and all the other good stuff you read on vegan snack packets and feel snazzy about life when doing so! Just wish they weren’t so expensive and I had unlimited bags hehe! They’re a super great snack for me being low in carbs, crowning them ‘diabetic friendly’ and guilt free!

Also had a wonderful opportunity to teach yoga to a bunch of lovely people across the globe for my lovely (and outrageously beautiful) friend, Nathalia Grisard as it was her birthday on Sunday. Being the first ZOOM yoga class I was excited and of course had a few bubbles floating around my stomach but it went really well and it felt so good to have actually connected with other peoples energies. It’s something I’ve noticed recently, that I really miss the energy from others. It feeds me and being a hopeless empath kinda gal, I absolutely feeeeeed off other people and enjoy soaking in positive energy. On the flip side, it can be tricky not being able to do so in this current climate and the mirror has certainly shown this. Hashtag work in progress! anyway, back to yoga…(the irony!)

Nathalia and I met through a dear friend of mine when her company, GNGR BEES, (https://gngrbees.com) was looking for yoga teachers to model their beautiful & awesome activewear! She was looking for a couple of yogis and my friend put my name in the bag and the rets is history! We had an epic shoot around London one very rainy and chilly winter morning sporting her gorgeous combos in derelict church ruins and pretty bushes! Her range is as awesome for the planet being made from recycled plastic bottles and other waste materials, her ethic is to work as sustainably responsible across the board from start to finish (and beyond with her smart use of recycled rice bags to post activewear to keen beans!). With drive to remain as eco-friendly, ethically responsible and fair-trade Nathalia has been a powerhouse of a business woman to collaborate with AND has become a good friend, always being on the end of a phone for chats, natters and pep talks! Holding a yoga class for her loved ones was a treat and I’m excited for future projects we have in store! These including: free online class with GNGR BEES via Instagram https://www.instagram.com/gngrbees/ this Saturday AND a free yoga class with every purchase made by yours truly or our other GNGR BEE beauty- Jenna ( https://www.instagram.com/jennaldn/ ) and there is a very juicy project coming up soon so will reveal in due course!

Keep those eyeballs peeled, hands washed and hearts open!

Watch this space people!
