My approach, you ask? I have a natural optimistic mindset & absolutely love to embrace the nuances we face moment to moment. To reach equilibrium in my life AND have fun along the way would be just peachy.

Teaching yoga to other curious beings whether they’re; city go-getters; country bumpkins; out of action folk who want to get moving again; young athletic springboks with bags of energy, all present beautiful opportunities to utilise the power of the body-mind connection & move.

Balancing type 1 diabetes & an active lifestyle has introduced me to the many ways in which health & wellbeing can be a very powerful tool to manage sugar-levels, stress and bring happiness into my life.

I’ve dabbled in vipassana meditation, reiki & herbology & genuinely care to help others. My physical theatre background and ashtanga training fuel my love for abstract movement, creative arts and the sounds of everyday life inspire me to move, to shift mindset and feel happy.

(In a nutshell I’m a very friendly, optimistic people-person with energy and enthusiasm to put even the cutest puppies to shame…okay maybe not, but I reckon it’s fair game!)
